Trade pricing
Approved trade customers receive preferential pricing across our mirror and glass ranges. Rather than applying one blanket discount to every product, our trade rates take into account the product, specification, quantity and overall value of the order.
For larger projects, repeat orders and volume requirements, we can provide bespoke project pricing.
Opening a trade account
We’ll ask for some basic information about your business, the type of work you undertake and the products or services you’re likely to require. Once approved, your account will give you access to our trade pricing and project support.
Payment & credit terms
New trade accounts are normally operated on a pro forma basis, with payment required before manufacture or processing begins. For established customers with an appropriate trading history, credit facilities may be available subject to approval and the necessary account checks.
Large projects & volume
How a project runs
You don’t need to order everything through the website. Send us your drawings, schedules or requirements and we’ll review the project with you.

Review
Send drawings, a schedule, a specification or photographs. We go through it and come back with questions, alternatives where a different build would work better, and an indicative cost.

Specification & samples
We agree the finishes, thicknesses and safety requirements item by item, and send physical samples for sign-off where the finish matters.

Survey
For anything fitted, we measure on site once the substrate is ready. This is the single most effective way to avoid a remake.

Approval
Drawings, cutting schedules or a sample unit go to you for written approval. Nothing enters production until you have signed it off.

Manufacture
Made in-house where we can, with specialist partners where a process calls for it. Batch consistency is checked across repeated items.

Phased delivery & installation
Delivered in stages to match your programme rather than all at once, so you are not storing fragile goods on a live site.
